Can I use this from outside India?+
Yes. Most of our customers are outside India. You can ship your machine to us, or use our Mac as a Service where we buy a Mac Mini in India and set it up for you. You access everything remotely via SSH, VNC, Tailscale, or Parsec. Latency from the US or Europe is 150-250ms, which is perfectly fine for AI agents, builds, and automation.
What is Mac as a Service?+
We buy a brand new Mac Mini in India at local retail price, configure it to your specifications, rack it in our facility, set up remote access, and hand you the keys. You own the hardware. You pay a one-time setup fee (which includes the hardware at cost) plus a monthly hosting fee. This is ideal for international customers who want a dedicated macOS machine without dealing with shipping.
What is micro server colocation?+
You bring or ship your own machine -- a Mac Mini, Intel NUC, mini PC, or any compact device -- to our facility. We provide shelf space, power, internet, and physical security so it runs 24/7. You access it remotely from anywhere in the world.
Can I run AI agents on my colocated machine?+
Absolutely. Most of our customers run AI agents like OpenClaw, NanoClaw, Nanobot, AutoGPT, CrewAI, and custom LangChain/LangGraph automations. Also popular: local LLMs via Ollama or LM Studio, n8n automation workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
What internet speed do you provide?+
100+ Mbps commercial broadband with a static IP included. Significantly more stable than residential broadband, with consistent speeds around the clock.
How do I access my machine remotely?+
Any remote access tool works -- Apple Remote Desktop, Tailscale, Parsec, VNC, or SSH depending on your operating system. We help you set up secure remote access when your machine is provisioned.
Is there a lock-in period?+
No. Pay monthly, cancel anytime. For Mac as a Service, we ship your hardware back to you on request.
Do you support only Mac Minis?+
Not at all. We host Intel NUCs, Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny, HP ProDesk Mini, Dell OptiPlex Micro, Raspberry Pi clusters, Beelink Mini PCs, and any compact machine that fits on a shelf and runs off a standard outlet.
How do I ship my machine to you?+
For domestic (India) shipments, any courier works. For international shipments, we recommend DHL or FedEx. Message us on WhatsApp and we will provide the exact shipping address and instructions. We store your original packaging and return it with the machine if you ever want it back.
